(a) Competitors or Team Managers shall advise their intention to start or withdraw when requested prior to the start of the competition or when called by the Marshall to report for an event.by reporting to the Marshall prior to the start of the competition.
(b) Competitors or teams qualifying for subsequent rounds, who wish to withdraw, should advise the Marshall prior to the next draw being made.
