(a) The official start of a competition is when a bulletin or circular is issues calling for entries to a competition.
(b) The official completion of time of competition is twenty (20) minutes after the completion of the final event at the competition. However, matters currently in train (i.e. protest or appeal) or matters of “competing unfairly” shall continue to final resolution, the result of which shall be considered as being within the official completion time.
Note: The official completion time of competition does not extend to matters of discipline and Disciplinary Committee proceedings that may be implemented relating to a particular competition before, at, or after, and/or continues following the official completion time of the competition (refer also to Section 14).
