(a) Unless otherwise advised and permitted competitors must attend marshalling when called for an event. The Marshall shall call the competitors for events, check their names against event entries, and position the competitors into heats (and any subsequent rounds) according to the draw. Any reserves for an event are only permitted to participate if they report prior to the close of marshalling (refer also to the Draws Section for details of reserve eligibility).
(b) It is the obligation of competitors to be ready to compete, and to present themselves with their equipment and competition attire when called to the start line.
(c) Any competitors warming up after the start of the first heat must not interfere in any way with the conduct of any aspect of the competition.
