(a) The appointed Appeals Committee Convenor shall appoint from the Competition Appeals Panel, Appeals Committee(s) to decide on appeals.
(b) In the event of the need of more than one Appeals Committee to meet concurrently, then the Appeals Committee Convenor may appoint other Appeals Committees from the Appeals Panel.
