EQ-005 Volunteer-Based Projects
Use of this exception requires ILFI approval in advance; see details below.
Projects that are completely volunteer-based are exempt from the requirement in this Imperative that specifies options for stakeholder involvement or a donation of funds. The project team should provide a volunteer agreement and a list of completed volunteer hours. Projects that use this exception must still comply with the Just label and self-assessment requirements of this Imperative. The volunteer documentation must be submitted in a Request for Ruling for preapproval.
EQ-006 Other Integral Organization

Projects with a Just organization on the team that is not listed as automatically compliant under Integral Project Team Organizations above, may still qualify as one of the Just Organizations if the team can document their integral involvement in the project through either technical documents (e.g., minutes and contracts) or a narrative. Documentation must be submitted through a Request for Ruling for preapproval.
