Option 1: Is a Re-Training or New Training Required?

If selected, this option will display the following fields:

  1. Add: This button allows users to add a training request.
    • If selected, it will display the following form:
      • : This button allows users to create a new training. It directs users to the New Training form.
      • Existing Training: This is a single-select field that retrieves the list of existing trainings (from the Training List). Rather than in a dropdown menu, however, this list is displayed in a pop-up window.
        • To select a training, double-click on it from the grid.
      • Departments: This is a multi-select dropdown field that displays the list of departments.
        • Once a training has been selected, this field will automatically be populated with the departments assigned to the training. User can add to/edit the items in this field.
      • Roles: This is a multi-select dropdown field that displays the list of roles.
        • Once a training has been selected, this field will automatically be populated with the roles assigned to the training. User can add to/edit the items in this field.
      • Users: This is a multi-select dropdown field that displays the list of users.
        • Once a training has been selected, this field will automatically be populated with the users assigned to the training. User can add to/edit the items in this field.
      • Groups: This is a multi-select dropdown field that displays the list of groups.
        • Once a training has been selected, this field will automatically be populated with the groups assigned to the training. User can add to/edit the items in this field.
      • Save and Return: This button allows users to save the training request and return to the Add Action Item to Quality Event form.
      • Save and New: This button allows users to save the training request and open a new form to create another training request.
  2. Edit: This button allows users to edit a training request.
  3. Export/Template/Import: These buttons allow users to perform Excel-related activities.
