If the Need More Details button is selected in either the Review the Issue or Correct/Contain Issue form, the assigned user will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that they need to gather details.
They will also receive an email notification informing them of the assigned task.
Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email will direct the user to the Gather Details form.
This form is composed of five tabs:
** The Immediate Containment tab will only be included in this form if users had previously attempted to immediately contain the issue.
