If the Immediate Containment button is selected in the Review the Issue form, the assigned user will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that they need to contain/correct the issue.
They will also receive an email notification informing them of the assigned task.
Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email will direct the user to the Contain/Correct Issue form. This form is composed of two tabs: Quality Event Details and Immediate Containment. Users cannot make any modifications in the Quality Event Details tab. They can, however, detail the containment of the issue in the Immediate Containment tab. Listed below are the notable aspects of the Contain/Correct Issue form:
- Immediate Containment
In this section of the form, users can input details about the containment of the issue.
- Documents: This is an attachment field that allows users to attach any documents related to the issue containment.

- Gather Details / Submit / Save
At the bottom of the Contain/Correct Issue form, there are the following buttons:
- Need More Details: This button allows users to send the issue for further exploration.

- Submit: This button allows users to submit the form.
- If selected, the Quality Events workflow will be brought to an end.
- Save Form: This button allows users to save the form. It will remain in the Pending Tasks folder.
