9.2.2. Review

In this section of Review the Issue form, users can offer their review of the quality event.

1. Review Notes: This is a rich text field that allows the user to input any review notes.

2. Comment: This field allows users to input their comments.

3. Need More Details: This button allows users to send the issue for further exploration.
   • For more information on the Gather Details task, click here.
4. Immediate Containment: This button allows users to immediately contain/correct the issue.
   • For more information on the Contain/Correct Issue task, click here.
5. No Issue: This button allows users to end the task, if upon review they find there is no issue.
6. Reject: This button allows users to reject the issue.
   • If selected, the user responsible for creating the quality event will be tasked with modifying it.
7. Save Form: This button allows users to save the form. It will remain in the Pending Tasks folder.
