9.7. Correct the Issue with Actions

If the Immediate Containment button is selected in the Review the Issue – Needs CAPA form, the assigned action item owner(s) will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that they need to correct the issue with actions.

*At this stage, if applicable, users will also be notified of any trainings that have been assigned to them. For more details on the Training workflow, see the User Manual for the Training Application.

*If also applicable, the assigned action item owner(s) will be tasked with creating SCAR at this stage of the workflow. For more details on the SCAR workflow, click here

Clicking on the subject in Pending Tasks will direct the user to the Correct the Issue with Actions form.

1. Check . . . complete: This is a checkbox which, if enabled, allows users to tag all actions in the grid as complete.
   • If selected, the Is Completed checkboxes will all be enabled.
2. Edit: This button allows users to edit an action item.
   • If selected, it will open a pop-up window with the Execute the Action Items form.
3. Export to Excel: This button allows users to export the grid to Excel.
4. Complete: This button allows users to complete the form.
