In this section of the Gather Details form, users can add and edit action items.

  1. Add: This button allows users to add an action item to the quality event.
  2. Edit: This button allows users to edit an action item.
  3. Export to Excel: This button allows users to export the grid to Excel.
  4. Submit: This button allows users to submit the form.
    • If selected, the assigned user will be tasked with reviewing the updated quality event to see if it requires an escalation to CAPA.

  5. Close: This button allows users to close the quality event.
  6. Save Form: This button allows users to save the form. It will remain in the Pending Tasks folder.
