9.8.2.3. Root Cause

In this section of the Submit to Supplier form, users can investigate the root cause of the issue.

Under the Root Cause tab, there are four subtabs to consider:

1. Investigation
2. Analysis
3. Root Cause
4. Review

** In both the Investigation and Analysis tabs, content is conditionally shown and hidden.

*To access content in the Investigation tab, users need to have previously selected the Validated Supplier Responsibility checkbox in the Create SCAR form. To access content in the Analysis tab, users need to select the Detailed Investigation checkbox in the Submit to Supplier form.
