4.3.5. Gather Details – Action Item ID

In the Gather Details form, action items are assigned an ID automatically upon creation. A limitation of this feature, however, is that these IDs are not always numbered sequentially. This limitation occurs because action items can triggered from multiple sources.

*Action items can be triggered from the Quality Event application, the CAPA application, the Management Review application, or independently via the Action Items application.
