In the New Quality Event form, we have renamed the Organization dropdown to Business Division.
This dropdown retrieves the list of business divisions or departments. Once a parent department has been selected from this field, it will filter the items in the Business Line dropdown. For example, if Human Resources is selected in the Business Division dropdown, the Business Line dropdown will only display the list of business lines related to the Human Resources department.
