Index Maintenance

Maintenance: Allows for the updating of indexes, duplication of the record, and deletion of the record.

• If Duplicate is selected, RVI will create a new record with a new transaction number. The new record will point to the same image system and indexes as the original record. Thiis allows users to be able to update sensitive index information without stepping on the original record.
• If Delete Record is checked, the item will be removed from image inquiry.
  
  

When you are ready to save the changes, click the Update button.
