The IPT system is a site that contains all of the documents required for practicum. The student, Faculty Supervisor and Site Supervisor can access the student’s practicum forms which may include contact information, timesheets, course documentation as well as midterm and final evaluations. These documents can be completed online and saved on the site until they are complete and signed off. This online site eliminates the use of paper and allows everyone documents and revisions in real-time.
Within the first two weeks of starting practicum, students are required to complete and sign their Confidentiality and Driving Waiver and if applicable, their learning contracts, on the IPT site. Students, will receive an IPT Student tutorial along with username/password prior to semester start date. Site Supervisor will receive username/password and an IPT Site Supervisor tutorial to navigate IPT.
