Periodically a job description will be created or revised. For a revision, any new data should be bolded on this job description and any data that is to be removed should remain, but should be listed with strike-outs. This new or revised job description will then need to be added to the next Board agenda for board approval once the Supervisor of Human Resources approves it for the agenda.

  • Once the board has approved the new or revised job description, you will need to “unbold” the new information and delete the data that was struck-out, and add a revised date at the bottom of the description.
  • Then Save. Then Save As again but as a PDF file.
  • You will need to upload it your Google Drive. It is currently in EILEENOSBORNE DRIVE, under the Board of Education Share Data folder, Personnel & Policies folder, MHRD Job Descriptions.
  • Once you are in the MHRD Job Descriptions folder on the Google Drive, click on New, then File Upload.
  • Search for the saved PDF version, click Open so it upload into the Google Drive.
    That’s it. You are done.
