Adding a Subject Code for Certificates/Endorsements in Linq ERP

In Linq ERP, when entering certification for certified staff, you may find that a certificate number is not listed on the drop down list for Subject Code in the Certification/Endorsements page.

To add this:

• From the HRS Master File Maintenance page, click Education Masters.
• Click Subjects
• Click the search icon

This will bring you to a screen listing all of the subject codes for Certification (Certificate Subjects – HMSBJ01A)

• Click on the Search icon to see all of the subject codes
• Click on the subject code numerically BEFORE the number you wish to add
• Click the Green + icon
• Type in the missing number, add the certification title
• Click the Save icon

You can now go back into the Certification page and enter the endorsement.
