The Employee New Hire Report (current year) is a spreadsheet that is shared with the the Supervisor of HR, HR Secretary, the Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Supervisor of Technology, and the Asst. Superintendent’s secretary.
This spreadsheet notifies these departments of those resigning/retiring and the new staff that will be replacing those leaving the district, as well as those staff members on leave and the new staff that will be “filling in” for these employee. The Asst. Superintendent’s secretary only needs to get this report for the start of the school year for the purpose of who will need to attend New Hire Orientation. During the summer months, you will also need to review with the HR secretary, those new hires from the previous school year that did NOT attend the New Teacher Orientation. These employees will need to be added to the end of the spreadsheet under the title: New Hires That Didn’t Attend Orientation (past year).
- Go into Google, My Drive, EILEENOSBORNE DRIVE, Excel or Sheets Files
- Click on the Sheets spreadsheet titled: Employee New Hire Report (current year or the following year, depending on which report you are working on).
- The report is self explanatory, follow the same pattern to enter new data that was approved at the last board meeting.
- Once you have finished adding your data, then go to File, choose Email Collaborators from the list, type a message, then click the blue Send button.
