The steps to fix Linq Analytics scheduled reports that automatically generates, that for some reason are sent to Spam folders, are as follow:

  • Right click on the document name
  • Click on History
  • You will see a list of the report that has run.
  • Right click on the one with the status listed as Recurring
  • Right click on Reschedule then choose Replace from the list on the left
  • Choose Replace Existing Schedules
  • Click on Prompts to review the chosen prompts. If you wish to make any changes, then click on Modify and make any changes.
  • Click on Destinations
  • Change the From line from your email address to the following email address: AIServer@mhrd.org
  • Review the rest of the data and make any additional changes (such as adding a subject or if you wish to send it to additional employees, add their email, etc.)
  • Once you have made all the necessary changes, then click Schedule

This will bring you back to the History page. If you wish to test to make sure the changes worked, then:

  • Right click on the report showing the status as Recurring
  • Click Run Now

Give it a little time and check your email. You should see the report.
