In Linq ERP, we have started using an On/Off Board List when a new employee is hired. To access the list:

  • On the Employee Master screen, click on the Go drop down in the upper right corner then click on Employee On/Off Board List
  • Under List Name drop down, click Master On Board
  • Tasks in the 100s are HR, Tasks in the 200s are Technology Dept. and Tasks in the 300s are Payroll to complete.
  • Enter the date each task is completed. If the employee’s position is not related to a task (such as a teacher is not required to get a boiler license) then check off the square in the N/A column related to the task.
