When the specified Start of Audit Scheduling date is reached, the team leader will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks prompting them to schedule the audit.

They will also receive an email informing them of the assigned task.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email will direct the team leader to the Schedule Audit form. This form contains details previously established in the New Audit Plan form.

  1. Accordions: The form includes several collapsible sections, known as accordions, which each serve a specific purpose.
    • Participant Selection & Audit Schedule
    • Requirements
    • Evidence
  2. Establish Contact: This button allows the team leader to establish contact with the selected users.
    • The lead auditor will then be tasked with assigning auditors.
    • The lead evidence collector will be tasked with assigning collectors.
    • An email will be issued out to the team leader and applicable resources informing them that a new audit plan has been added to the database. This email will include details about the audit schedule.
      • Resources, in this context, refers to the assigned lead auditor, lead evidence collector, and auditees.
