In this section of the Collect Evidence form, users can collect the requested samples.

  1. Requested Sample Size: This field is automatically populated with the sample size requested in the Create Evidence form.
  2. Add: This button allows users to add a new sample.
    • Sample: Once the entry has been saved, this field will automatically be populated with the sample ID. Users cannot modify the field.
    • Sample Date & Time: Once the entry has been saved, this field will automatically be populated with the date and time at which the sample was collected. Users cannot modify the field.
    • Notes: This is a text field that allows users to input their notes on the collected sample.
  3. Delete ( ): This button allows users to delete a sample.
    • This option becomes available after users have created and saved an sample.
  4. Attach Evidence: This is an attachment field that allows users to upload evidence relating to the collected samples.
  5. URL & Description: This is a rich text field that allows users to input any related web resources as well as a description for them.
  6. Same Requirement: This is a checkbox that, when selected, allows users to filter the grid by past sample results collected for the same requirement.
  7. Same Test: This is a checkbox that, when selected, allows users to filter the grid by past sample results collected for the same test.
  8. Same Evidence: This is a checkbox that, when selected, allows users to filter the grid by past sample results collected for the same evidence.
  9. Import Selected: This button allows users to import the selected samples from this grid to the Collected Samples grid.
  10. Select All: This button allows users to select all sample results (for importing purposes).
  11. Deselect All: This button allows users to deselect all sample results (to cancel import).
