In this section of the Validate Requirement form, users can enter any observations or audit findings relevant to the requirement.

  1. Add: This button allows users to add a new observation or audit finding.
    • If selected, it will display the Enter New Observation form.
      • Observation ID: This field is automatically populated with the unique ID of the observation or audit finding.
      • Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that displays the list of observation types. It is a mandatory field.
        • Types: Minor Observation, Major Observation, General Finding, and Non-Conformity.
      • Notes: This is a rich text field that allows users to provide their notes.
      • Save and Return: This button allows users to save the observation and return to the Validate Requirement form.
      • Save and New: This button allows users to save the observation and open a new form to create another observation.
  2. Delete ( ): This button allows users to delete an observation or audit finding.
    • This option becomes available after users have created and saved an observation.
