11.6.1.3. Checklist

In this section of the Validate Requirement form, users can access and complete the checklist assigned to the requirement.

1. Edit ( ): This button allows users to access and modify the outcome of a checklist item.
   • If selected, it will display the Conduct Audit Checklist Item form.
     

     **The answer options presented here will vary depending on the answer type selected in the Define Requirement Check Item form.

2. Save and Previous: This button allows users to save their changes and navigate to the previous item in the grid.
3. Save and Return: This button allows users to save their changes and return to the Validate Requirement form.
4. Save and Next: This button allows users to save their changes and navigate to the next item in the grid.

!To mark the requirement as complete, users must fulfill all items constituting the checklist.
