Once an audit has been selected for execution, its list of associated requirements will populate the Requirements accordion.
*If multiple audits have been selected, all of their associated requirements will be listed in the grid (barring any duplications).
!In this grid, users can enable testing for individual requirements by checking the corresponding Requires Testing? checkbox. Selections can be saved by clicking the Save Changes button or by simply clicking outside the grid. To discard selections, click on the Discard Changes button.
- Enable Testing For All: This button allows users to enable testing for all requirements in the grid.
- Disable Testing For All: This button allows users to disable testing for all requirements in the grid.
All requirements for which the Requires Testing? checkbox is enabled will undergo testing during the audit execution. If the checkbox is not selected, the requirement will bypass testing, even if a test has been previously assigned to it in the New Requirement form.
!It’s important to note that the evidence collection phase will only be triggered for requirements that necessitate testing. If a requirement is not linked to a test, the evidence collection phase of the workflow will not be initiated. Similarly, if a requirement is linked to a test but the test itself is not connected to any evidence, the evidence collection phase will not be triggered.
*To access additional options or perform actions related to the grid, please utilize the kebab menu (
) located in the upper rightmost corner.
