After the team leader selects the Establish Contact button in the Schedule Audit form, the lead auditor will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks prompting them to assign auditors for the audit.

They will also receive an email informing them of the assigned task.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email will direct the lead auditor to the Assign Auditor(s) form. Similar to the Schedule Audit form, this form provides details about the audit plan and includes the Participant Selection & Audit Schedule accordion. While all fields in this accordion are set to read-only, it serves as a means for users to review the audit schedule and its assigned participants.

Listed below are the other notable features in the form:

  1. Requirements

Users can access the Requirements accordion. Similar to the Schedule Audit task, within this accordion, users have the ability to assign auditors to requirements, making necessary modifications to existing assignments.

  1. Submit Auditors

At the bottom of the Assign Auditor(s) form, there is the following button:

  • Submit Auditors: This button allows users to submit the selected auditors to the team leader for review and confirmation.
