11.2.3. Evidence

In this section of the Schedule Audit form, users can assign evidence collectors to requirements. They can also establish the dates for the rounds of evidence collection.

*By default, the user set as lead evidence collector in the Participant Selection & Audit Schedule accordion will be assigned as the collector for all evidence in the grid.

!To assign a collector to a specific evidence item, simply click inside the corresponding Collector column. Similarly, to set the dates for each round of evidence collection, click inside the Round [No.] columns that correspond to the specific evidence item. Selections can be saved by clicking the Save Changes button or simply clicking outside the grid. To discard selections, click on the Discard Changes button.

1. Round 1 Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the first round of evidence collection.
2. Round 1 End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the first round of evidence collection.
3. Round 2 Start: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the start date for the second round of evidence collection.
4. Round 2 End: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the end date for the second round of evidence collection.
5. Select All Evidence: This button allows users to select all evidence in the grid.
6. Deselect All Evidence: This button allows users to deselect all evidence in the grid.
7. Set Entered Dates: This button allows users to set the entered dates for the respective rounds in the grid.
   • An evidence item must first be selected in the grid for the dates to be set.

*To access additional options or perform actions related to the grid, please utilize the kebab menu ( ) located in the upper rightmost corner.
