17. Audit Plans – Planned Schedule

In this module, users can monitor audits whose scheduling is still pending. A Gantt chart is available to visualize these pending audits. Additionally, a grid listing these audit plans is provided, allowing users to modify the execution start period, execution end period, and audit scheduling start date as needed.

1. Start Period: This is a date picker that allows users to filter by the start period of the audit execution.
2. End Period: This is a date picker that allows users to filter by the end period of the audit execution.
3. Apply Filter: This button filters the results according to the entered search criteria.

*To edit dates inside the grid, simply click on the element you want to modify. To save changes, click on the Save Changes button or simply click outside the grid. To discard changes, click on the Discard Changes button.

!Upon reaching the specified Start of Audit Scheduling date for a given audit, the system will automatically trigger the Schedule Audit task, assigning it to the designated team leader. Subsequently, the active audit plan will be removed from the Audit Plans – Waiting for Schedule module.
