To facilitate and streamline the distribution of audit reports within the Plan & Execute Audits workflow, we have added a new dropdown to the Review and Approve Audit Results form.
Key Features:
- Audit Report Recipient(s) Selection
Users can access the multi-select dropdown, labeled Distribute Audit Report To, at the bottom of the Review and Approve Audit Results form. This dropdown allows users to select the recipient(s) for the audit report.
- Automated Email Notifications
After the audit results are approved, the system takes charge of the distribution process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to all relevant parties. An email is automatically sent to selected recipient(s), including the audit report template as an attached PDF.
