Problem Possible solutions
The monitor does not turn on.
  • Check the correct connection of the cable to the tractor battery.
  • Check the integrity of the fuse present in the battery cable.
  • Check the correct and secure connection of the power cable to the battery cable.
  • Check the correct and secure connection of the power cable to the monitor.
  • Check if any of the cables are broken.
Touch screen unresponsive.
Signal GNSS weak or absent.
  • Make sure the antenna GNSS is facing the open sky. Obstruction sites can deteriorate the signal GNSS.
  • Check the correct installation of the antenna GNSS on the roof of the tractor.
  • Check antenna cable integrity GNSS, if there are no breaks or folds.
  • With the aid of a multimeter, check the voltage of 5 V present in the antenna cable GNSS.
  • if the antenna GNSS is close to dense forest areas, disable the Signal Filter GPS. Note: Positioning accuracy is degraded by forest obstructions.
Portable memory is not recognized.
  • Ensure the portable memory size is not more than 8GB.
  • Format the memory as FAT32 and default allocation size as described in the Firmware Update.
Unable to configure Spray valves and sensors
  • Get in touch with the commercial area to acquire the spraying kit and license according to your machine.
Unable to access Fertilization menu
  • Get in touch with the commercial area to acquire the Fertilization kit and license according to your machine.
Unable to access Pilot menu
  • Get in touch with the commercial area to acquire the Autopilot kit and license according to your machine.
