In the Stack Dump area of the logs error, the user can delete and export heap dump files stored in the monitor’s internal memory IsoView.
By selecting the item from the menu Error Logs – Manage and press the confirm button 
, the user is presented with the File List, according to the following image, listing the files DMP saved in internal memory.
When selecting a heap dump file and clicking the delete button 
, screen will be shown Information with Confirmation as in the following figure, asking if the user really wants to delete the file DMP selected from internal memory.
If the user presses the cancel button 
, the deletion will not be performed and you will be returned to the previous screen. If the confirm button is pressed , the stack dump file will be erased from the internal memory and the Information screen containing the confirmation will be displayed, as shown in the image below.
Still in the Stack Dump area, the user can also export a file DMP to portable memory via the unload button 
. If portable memory is not connected, the Information is shown as in the picture below.
If the portable memory is correctly connected to the interface usb, the file DMP is downloaded, then showing the screen of Information confirming the export, as shown in the figure below.
