The lines of guides are extremely important components for the execution of agricultural operations. They are the ones that determine the path on which the machine must walk during the application, so that the entire area of the field is treated, with the minimum of overlaps and failures..
Menu Use Guide
on the screen of Settings while Navigating, accessed by the button , if there is no active tab on the map, it will be present on the Double List the item Type of Guide showing the currently selected type. If any guide is loaded on the map, the same list item will be displayed with the label Guide, and its value is presented with the name of the tab used, in the format Guide N – Type, Where N represents the sequential number of the creation of the tab, and Type is one of the values listed in the topic Type of Guide.
Selecting the item and pressing the edit button , is presented the vertical menu in Use Guide containing three areas, as shown in the image below.

In the Open Guide area, a screen of File List containing the guides already created for the field that is currently open in navigation. The tab name is shown in the left column of the table, in the form Guide N – Type, Where N represents the sequential number of the creation of the tab, and Type is the tab type listed in the topic Type of Guide. The right column shows the date and time the tab was created. In the file data description area, various information regarding the guide is presented, such as its name, type, coordinates of points A and B, date and time of creation, and the distance between points A and B. The following figure shows an example of the Open Tab screen.
Selecting any of the tabs in the list and pressing the confirm button , the tab will be loaded and used on the navigation screen.
Create New Tab
When choosing the Create New Tab area, the Type of Guide for the user to select which guide model he wants to create in the field being used in navigation.
1) Create Straight Guide
Selecting straight and pressing the confirm button , The Create Straight Guide screen is displayed, with three options for creating the guide, as shown in the figure below.
a) Mark New Point A and B
By selecting this option and pressing the confirm button , the tab will restart on the navigation screen. The score A button
will be available, and the user must follow the procedure shown in the topic Mark Line Points.
b) Enter Point A and Bearing
If the user has the values of the coordinates at hand – Latitude e Longitude – of point A, and also the value of the angle of course in relation to the north in a clockwise direction, the option Enter Point A and Bearing must be used, as shown in the figure below. By filling in the fields and pressing the confirm button , the tab will be created and displayed on the navigation screen.
b) Type in Points A and B
When the user has the coordinate values – Latitude e Longitude – from point A and also from point B, this option must be used, as shown in the image below. Filling in the fields and pressing the confirm button , the new tab will be created and presented on the navigation screen.
2) Create Curve Guide
If the item is selected Curve and pressed the confirm button , the tab will be restarted on the navigation screen, and the procedure described in Mark Curve Points. must be followed.
3) Create Free Guide
Selecting the type of guide Free and pressed the confirm button , the tab will be restarted on the navigation screen, and the procedure described in Scoring Free Guide Points must be followed.
4) Open Project Guides
When the user selects the item Project and press the confirm button , screen is displayed. File List containing the project guides in the format Shapefile available in the monitor’s internal memory IsoView. Selection of guide project file is shown in Select Guides Project.
