In the Advanced Settings there is the Summer Time parameter, through which the user defines whether the legislation that advances clocks by 1 hour is currently in effect in their region. And set with the parameter Time zone, local time in international standard UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is defined in the system IsoView.
