Task creation can be done from the Assessment File OR the Appraisal File.

Steps in Task Creation

  1. Create and Assign Task in Task Table
  2. Add a Task to an Account
  3. View/Work Task List
  4. Automate Task Routing (optional)

To Add a Task to an Account

  • Open the Account to Assign the Task to
  • CLICK Edit — Create Task
  • To create a Task from the Appraisal File
  • Open the Account to Assign the Task to
  • CLICK Edit — Create Task

This window will open (in edit mode).

Complete Task Info

  • Account: Account number automatically generated
  • Task Type: CLICK down-arrow to chose type. If task isn’t listed, go to Task Types to create task
  • Assigned User: CLICK down-arrow to choose user.
  • Add Document Info (if any)
  • Link any modules related to task.
  • Assign Dates
  • Add any Task Comments
    EXIT to SAVE

Account — Appeals/Tasks Tab
The task will appear with pending status.
