The following guidance was taken from an 2024 Assessor Camp Fractional Ownership presentation from CLGT.

RUN the Fractional Ownership Query
GO to Tools — Query
The User Defined Queries box will open.
FIND Fractional Linked Ownership
RIGHT-CLICK and CLICK Execute
(Click on the download envelope to find it, if not already downloaded.)_
The Query Results box will open.
CLICK Exit.
CLICK File — Export — Export to Excel
Choose Parameter field headings.
Under fractional and linked columns- 0 means no and 1 means yes.
