Corners in the Building Components area of the Residential Data tab address the number of corners or building mass(es) of the residence.

The LandMark program counts change in direction. Example: A sketch of a rectangular home with a simple bay window (4 corners), may not register an accurate number of corners. User may override this expression to their liking. Many corners in a building/home may indicate higher quality. A high number of corners WILL affect the cost-pricing of the home.
