Updating Cost Manuals

Starting in 2023, LandMark will send out updates for cost manuals between late May and July 1.

To view/update available manuals from the Appraisal File go to:
Tables — Appraisal Tables — Appraisal Manuals

The NBC Cost Setup Window will open.
CLICK on edit button
CLICK ON THE Database name dropdown arrow
This will open a list of all the available manuals.
SELECT the current manual year Example: propertyvaluation2023m.mdb
CLICK OK

CLICK Exit File

RECALCULATE BOTH the Residential and Commercial files to apply the new costs.
(This may take a while.)
