The following guidance was taken from an 2024 Assessor Camp Fractional Ownership presentation from CLGT.

Multiple Tax Statements

To set up tax statements based on the fraction of ownership of the property, EACH fractional owner, must have THEIR OWN assessment record connected to the primary owner’s appraisal record.

NOTE: When trying to delete a residential or commercial record that has a linked assessment, user will receive a message where the linked assessment needs to be reviewed/deleted prior to deleting the record.
