LandMark Age Life Tables window will open

The Depreciation Table Info describes the table ID, year span of the table and Max Life. If the Use Condition Factors is checked that means depreciation will be based on Condition.

The Effective Age Calculations box shows condition description and depreciation factor that goes with it.
Example: If the condition is described as Worn Out a depreciation factor of 140% will be used.

The Age Life Table shows the depreciation percentage and corresponding effective age.
