The following guidance was taken from an 2024 Assessor Camp Fractional Ownership presentation from CLGT.

The following example of combining fractional ownership is Jethro Bodine is selling his interest (50%) of the subject property to Milburn Drysdale, who currently owns (50%) of the subject property.
