LINKED TABLES

The purpose of the Linked Tables is to allow easier indexing on entered table information in accounts (especially if querying for more than one thing at a time).

Example One: Querying the Entrance Table (Linked Tables) for a specific appraiser AND date range is possible in one query instead of two in the individual tables.
Example Two: Querying the Miscellaneous Improvements OR Site Improvements for a specific Misc Code will show both Residential and Commercial accounts that are using that code.

Linked Tables allow user to view/browse/edit records (for those with permissions) pertaining to different topics.
