Lot DepthTable

To view/edit/create the Lot Depth Tables from the Residential Appraisal File go to, Tables — Land Tables — Lot Depth Table

A window will open with an Index of the Standard Lot Depth Tables available.
The option to use this table is in the adjustment tab of the Neighborhood Land Table

Helpful Hint: When user makes changes in the Lot Depth Table, it DOES NOT change the land values in the Land Data Tab. User must make an Index for that Neighborhood. In the Index go to Tools — Recalc File and that will apply the updated Lot Depth Table to the Index.
