Sketch Not On Site Plan

When there is a site plan on an account and then a (new house) sketch is added the homesite is not automatically added to the site plan. The reason for this is that it is not known where the homesite sits in relation to the outbuildings on the site plan.

If the residential sketch doesn’t appear on the site plan, user can run a process to list effected accounts.

GO TO: Tools – Listings-Sketch Not On Site Plan

Running the report does not put the records in an index.

To make the sketch appear on the site plan.

GO to each account
Tools – Site Plan – Edit Site Plan and the homesite will be placed on the site plan
MOVE sketch in relation to the other buildings
SAVE Sketch
