After the new data has been collected and the field cards updated, user will Import the Field Cards from Tablet to Network for data entry.

Please Note: Import in small batches. Inspect every card in the folder before uploading to ensure all are complete. If user imports from the same folder multiple times, a duplicated card may show on the record.

1. CONNECT Tablet to Network using an Ethernet Cable
If user tries to use Wifi INSTEAD of an Ethernet Cable, it may cause issues importing/exporting field cards and photos.

2. IMPORT Field Cards
Assessment File — File — Import — Import Field Cards
This box pop up

User may enter Inspection Date, Review Code and/or Create Task
CLICK Import

A copy of the Field Card and any pictures attached to that parcel number from the field will automatically be saved in the parcel’s Attachments Tab where they can be viewed.

The new data collected must still be updated by hand.

The Import process will not erase the Field Cards from the Tablet. It will remain there until removed.

Please Note: When importing field cards as the field cards and photos are imported, they will be moved to the processed folder in the same file structure. This is done in case connection is lost in the middle of the import. In this case the process would continue and have blank review sheets.

If user get disconnected, generally you would get disconnected from LandMark as well. You will be asked to retry if the files to import can be found the process will continue.

If you select retry and the import files can’t be found, you will receive the second message. Under this scenario you would import the cards again and the process would start at the card the process was on.

Before Processing

After Processing – The PDF of the reviews sheets are in the Processed folder. Photos would work the same way.
