Navigation: From the Main Menu, select the Interfaces tab of System Settings. Then select the Other tab.

This will let you export the selected addresses of today’s sales to UPS WorldShip, so that you can more easily and accurately print your UPS labels. Here are the steps required to implement this interface.

AutoFluent WorldShip setup

  • Go to the Interfaces tab of System Settings.
  • Select the Other tab.
  • Click the Factory Default button, and then the Test button.
    • The Test button verifies that the path is valid, and that you can create files in that location.
  • Check the box to Use UPS WorldShip, if the large majority of your invoices are to be sent to UPS WorldShip. With this checked, the Use UPS WorldShip checkbox will be checked by default in the Invoice Payment window.
  • (The Setup WorldShip button brings up this documentation.)
  • Click the Save button to save your changes.
  • Create at least one invoice, making sure the Use UPS WorldShip box is checked in the Payment window when invoicing.
  • In the Sales Entry window, click the WorldShip button to export the names and addresses from those invoice(s) to a text file, to be imported into WorldShip.
    • If you answer Yes when asked if they got exported correctly, the addresses will be removed from the internal list of addresses to be sent, so they won’t be included in the list the next time you export.
  • Follow the steps in the next section to set up UPS WolrdShip.
