Setup Bank Accounts

Navigation: From the Main Menu select Setup Entry and then press the Bank Accounts button.

In this window, you can setup your individual bank accounts. You need to at least set up one checking account.

To create a bank account

• Press the New button.
• Account: Enter the account name (12 characters maximum).
• Description: Enter a description name of the account.
• Last Reconciled: Refers to the date that the bank account was last reconciled.
• Bank Smt Beginning: On the bank statement that was last reconciled what was the beginning amount?
• Bank Smt Ending: On the bank statement that was reconciled what was the ending amount?
• Store: Specify what store this bank account belongs to (if applicable). All Stores can also be selected.

To Delete an account press the Delete button.

Before closing the window press Save Changes.

*Note: After setting up your account here, in the Credit Cards/Bank tab of the system settings window, you specify which bank accounts are used for sales, purchases etc.
