Navigation: From the Main Menu click Customer Entry. Then press the green Refund Deposit button. (This button will only be clickable if the customer has a deposit available).

Once the Refund Deposit button is selected, a window will appear that is very similar to the Invoice Payment window. You will select the method at which you would like to return the deposit (Cash, credit etc.) and you will enter a reason for the refund in the box.

Press the Done button and a receipt will be available to print.
