One-Click Services

Navigation: From your open workorder press the One-Click Services button.

You may have a handful of jobs that you add to your workorders very frequently. Adding all of the items for these jobs one at a time can be time consuming. It would be a better idea to create a package or a lube package, and set that package up as a One-Click Service.

Setup a One-Click Service

• Create a package in your Inventory Entry.
• Open an existing workrorder or create a new one.
• press the 1-Click Services button. (Note that system will remember this, so you won’t have to click it every time you open a workorder.)
• Press the Configure button on the bottom right.
• In the Catalog column, press the … button. This will take you to the Inventory Search window where you can choose your desired package.
• In the Caption column, enter the name that you would like to appear for the 1-click service window, like Basic Oil.
• Check the Active box.
• In the Icon column, press the … button to choose the photo that you would like to associate with this service.
• Press the Save Settings button when you are done.
• You will now see that the service has become available along with the picture.
