Navigation: From the Main Menu select the Inventory Entry button and select the Sales Tab

Spiffs

Spiffs are ways for your employees to make a small bonus off of the sale of a particular item. You can enter a dollar amount or a percentage of the spiff in the Type and $/% boxes. You can also make this a temporary spiff by checking the box that says Temporary? and setting the From and To date ranges using the drop boxes.

*Spiffs can be changed for items fitting certain criteria in the Price Changes window.

Temporary Discounts

To setup temporary discounts check the Enable Temporary Discounts box and manually change the price in the Discounted column (You can see what the regular price is in the Regular column to help you determine how much you would like to discount the item by.)

Last Sold/Last Received etc.

These dates are managed by the system and cannot be changed manually, they are just there to give you a quick glance of the last time the item was sold, received, ordered and last modified.

Service Data/Alldata Keywords

Enter keywords to assist Alldata in finding parts.

UPC Code

If you are using a barcode scanner you can scan the UPC code into this field. Print labels with the print labels button.
